Do robots dream of paying taxes?

Robot taxes cannot and should not be counted on to raise lots of money to keep humans fed and housed in the dystopian, automated decades to come. Rather, the digital transition should be managed—and taxed—alongside other societal transitions. To support the society that has allowed them to prosper, the companies that profit the most should pay their fair share.
